Acceptance of Donations
Acceptance of any contribution, gift, or grant is at the discretion of Uplift Boychild Organization. We will only accept gifts that align with our mission and can be used to support our programs and initiatives.

Donor Financial Security
No irrevocable gift, whether outright or life-income in nature, will be accepted if it could reasonably jeopardize the donor’s financial security.

Tax and Legal Advice
Uplift Boychild Organization does not provide tax or legal advice regarding donations. Donors are encouraged to seek guidance from their own professional advisors before making a contribution.

Types of Acceptable Gifts
We accept donations in the form of cash and publicly traded securities. In-kind contributions and other non-cash gifts will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Uplift Boychild Organization.

Review of Certain Gifts
Gifts such as real estate, personal property, non-liquid securities, and donations with unclear sources or usage restrictions must undergo a review process before acceptance to assess potential liabilities or obligations.

Acknowledgment of Gifts
Uplift Boychild Organization will provide acknowledgment receipts for donations that meet tax requirements. However, except for cash and publicly traded securities, we do not assign a monetary value to non-cash gifts in official documentation.

Donor Intent and Anonymity
We respect donor preferences regarding gift restrictions and anonymity. Information about anonymous donors will be limited to essential personnel only.

Third-Party Compensation
Uplift Boychild Organization does not compensate any third party through commissions, finder’s fees, or other means for directing a donor or gift to the organization.
